Probably the same as South Broad Street where I sometimes kicked back in my car after a rave and slept in years past. As long as you are not bothering anyone or making yourself an attractive target you should be fine.
I couldn't make it out last year (even with a short included) but I'll be coming out this year (even WITHOUT a short included ?)
