I'd want to push back a bit on the Shibuya Graffiti. Its not legal-- according to some youtube video I am having trouble finding-- to just randomly tag a wall in that area. While some locals do appreciate the art some do not. Police there are particularly hard on the foreigners that just come there to mark a wall (keeping you in jail up to a year if you don't confess to it).

I'm sure WITH permission you can, but its not the free-for-all that the game JSF made it out to be.

Oh 100% it is straight up Vandalism, but the one spot I saw seemed extremely lax security wise, again it's a crime, but vandalism was all over Shibuya, I was able to drop stickers no issue and had fun
